Returns Policy

Baroness bows can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
You must contact us within 7 days of your confirmed delivery to arrange return
Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, unworn and in a sellable condition
Items must be returned with tracking at the customer’s expense
Original shipping costs will not be refunded
Repeat shipping costs are at the customer’s expense
If you have received a gift with your order this must also be returned
Bespoke orders, including bespoke sizing cannot be returned.
Baroness bows are made to order and we do not issue refunds for change of mind.
Our bows are handmade with much care and checked many times over but if you believe your product is faulty, or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately! We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund for you.
You must contact us within 7 days of your confirmed delivery to report any faults/damages
Photographs must be provided to process any claims of this nature
